Hello, I’m Astley. Pronounced as “ast-lee.”

I help SaaS companies where SEO is a core growth channel but signups don’t scale proportionally.

Through structured organic acquisition audits and ongoing direction, I identify where traffic is leaking revenue and build prioritized roadmaps tied to user growth and MRR.

About Me

Most of my career has been inside product-led SaaS startups.

Small teams. Limited bandwidth. High expectations. Little room for wasted effort.

That environment shaped how I approach organic growth marketing. Not as isolated tactics, but as a system that must connect directly to user acquisition, revenue, and retention.

The impact of these decisions normally isn’t felt immediately, especially with SEO, but they add up and reveal themselves later as stalled growth or sharp declines.

My work is focused on preventing that.

Traffic ≠ Growth

When founders tell me “SEO is working,” what they often mean is:

  • Traffic exists

  • Content is shipping

  • Rankings look fine

But:

  • Signups don’t scale

  • Commercial intent goes elsewhere

  • The team isn’t sure what to double down on

  • AI content output increases, but important business outcomes don’t

In other words, traffic flows in. It just doesn’t flow through.

That’s an organic acquisition leak.

How I Can Help

I step in to diagnose and fix the leaks inside SEO-led acquisition funnels. In practice, that means:

  • Capturing high-intent demand (not just awareness clicks)

  • Improving conversion alignment on pages that should be driving signups

  • Tightening content prioritization (what to fix, kill, build, double down on)

  • Adding guardrails so AI content doesn’t dilute authority

  • Translating user feedback into practical growth experiments (when relevant)

I treat SEO as a revenue funnel, not a publishing machine.

“About 750% increase in signups. I mean, that’s a pretty remarkable achievement.”

“We trusted you and the results have been fantastic.”

Case Studies

I’ve documented my work from 2020 to 2025, showing how I built a content engine from the ground up and making organic search the top acquisition channel — from foundation to scale, and now AI search and LLM discovery.

The links provided are deep dives into the decisions and systems behind the results.

  • Built and scaled Rezi’s organic growth by establishing editorial standards, content systems, and quality guardrails. Adapted the engine for AI search and LLM discovery while aligning SEO with product, GTM, and revenue outcomes.

  • Expanded beyond foundations by owning prioritization, improving high-impact pages, strengthening internal linking, covering competitor gaps, and shifting toward product-led, conversion-aligned content.
